Refund Policy

At FormLLC, we aim to provide transparent, fair, and professional services to entrepreneurs worldwide. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may or may not be available, in compliance with applicable consumer protection laws and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), where applicable.

Important Notice Before Registration

Before registration or service processing is initiated:
You are eligible for a refund of up to 90% of the amount paid. The remaining 10% covers administrative, payment processing, and preliminary review costs.

After registration or service processing has been initiated:
No refund will be applicable once we have started registration, filing, documentation preparation, government submission, or third-party coordination.

1. General Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services—many of which involve government filings, compliance obligations, third-party services, and time-sensitive processing—all purchases are considered final once service execution begins.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • The refund request is made before registration or service processing has started
  • You were charged twice for the same service due to a technical or billing error
  • We are unable to provide the purchased service and no work has been performed

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@formllc.us within 7 calendar days of the original purchase.

3. Non-Refundable Services

Refunds will not be provided for the following once processing has started:

  • LLC or C-Corporation registration after filing with state authorities
  • EIN applications after submission to the IRS
  • Registered Agent services after activation
  • BOI filings once submitted or prepared
  • Banking assistance if the bank declines the application
  • ITIN services once the application process has begun
  • Third-party fees, government fees, or compliance charges
  • Website, email, domain, or custom digital services once provisioned

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times typically range from 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

5. GDPR & Personal Data Considerations

In accordance with GDPR and applicable data protection laws:

  • Personal data collected for service delivery may still be lawfully retained even if a refund is issued
  • Refund eligibility does not automatically require deletion of compliance-related or legally required records
  • You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data as permitted by law

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We encourage customers to contact us before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in service suspension and recovery of administrative or legal costs where permitted by law.
